Reflections on 2019 from our Executive Director, Jody Adams
During this season of celebrating with family and friends, we want to extend to you, our Generation Change family, the warmest of wishes!
This past year has been amazing. Thanks to Brook’s leadership and steadfast efforts, her impactful programming has allowed us to build a sustainable nonprofit to house all things GLC. It is clear that Brook’s intent and mission have not waivered as she and her trusted facilitators have reached new milestones and spread the GLC mission and message further than ever. In 2019 over 500 deserving and eager middle and high school girls participated in our programming. The witnessing of the impact on these individuals and communities has us more committed than ever to reaching even more deserving and eager girls across the country and world.
As 2019 ends and 2020 begins, look for our formal announcement detailing the mission and vision of Generation Change. In this forthcoming communication, we will provide more information on how you can stay in touch and be a part of the ongoing magic that GLC, Boost and Girl Captain spread!
Indeed, 2019 has been an incredible year; and yet, I cannot wait for 2020…New Year, New Decade and New Era! Below are links to the programing already in the works. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions -- happy and eager to connect.
