About Us

Mission & Vision

Generation Change seeks to embolden others to be empathetic, compassionate and trusted change-makers by providing education, instructional seminars, and mind-expanding experiences.

As a 501c3 nonprofit, we design programs that teach life skills for leadership using the ripple effect: solo circle, inner circle, outer circle.

While our primary focus is to help young people grow and develop, we also train adults on how to be positive mentors, all while building safe and uplifting cross-generational communities.
